Dark Potato GF Sourdough Sandwich Loaf

This multigrain sourdough sandwich loaf is crusty on the outside and moist on the inside. Mashed potatoes add a lightness and air pockets while buckwheat adds a nutty and complex flavor, beautifully offset by the acid tang of sourdough. The dark loaf is a bit denser and heartier than the white loaf but still has great crumb. All ingredients are organic and celiac safe. This bread is fantastic with all types of sandwiches.

The black specks in the bread are from the organic buckwheat flour which is milled using the unifine process. This bread is fantastic with all types of sandwiches.

Weight of loaf is around 1 lb 13 ounces after baking.

This loaf is partially baked and is ready for freezing if desired. To finish baking, make sure the loaf is fully defrosted and bake the bread directly on the oven rack for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
