This multigrain sourdough round is crusty on the outside and moist on the inside. Buckwheat and toasted pumpkin seeds add a nutty and complex flavor, beautifully offset by the acid tang of sourdough. The dark loaf is a bit denser and heartier than the white loaf but still has great crumb. All ingredients are organic and celiac safe.

The dark loaf is a bit denser and heartier than the white loaf but still has great crumb. All ingredients are organic and celiac safe. The black specks in the bread are from the organic buckwheat flour which is milled using the unifine process.

Weight of loaf is around 1 lb 13 ounces after baking.

This loaf is partially baked and is ready for freezing if desired. To finish baking, make sure the loaf is fully defrosted and bake the bread directly on the oven rack for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
