Our lightest and fluffiest whole-grain sourdough sandwich bread is crusty on the outside and moist on the inside. Mashed potatoes add air pockets and mild flavor. Five different GF flours add a mild but complex flavor, beautifully offset by the acid tang of sourdough. The white loaf is lighter than the dark loaf with a milder flavor. All ingredients are organic and celiac safe. This bread is fantastic with all types of sandwiches.

This loaf is partially baked and is ready for freezing if desired. To finish baking, make sure the loaf is fully defrosted and bake the bread directly on the oven rack for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
