This whole-grain sourdough round is crusty on the outside and moist on the inside. Four different GF flours and toasted pumpkin seeds add a mild but complex flavor, beautifully offset by the acid tang of sourdough. The white loaf is lighter than the dark loaf with a milder flavor. All ingredients are organic and celiac safe.

Ingredients: water, brown rice flour*, GF oat flour*, tapioca starch*, sorghum flour*, pumpkin seeds*,maple syrup*,psyllium husk*, white rice flour*, salt

Weight of loaf is around 1 lb 13 ounces after baking.

This loaf is partially baked and is ready for freezing if desired. To finish baking, make sure the loaf is fully defrosted and bake the bread directly on the oven rack for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
